Potato

The Huaicaina Potato for 6 people

Ingredients:

5 fresh hot peppers

2 cloves garlic, peeled

400 g cheese (ricotta, feta or cottage)

120 ml vegetable oil

3 boiled eggs

6 black Olives

6 yellow potatoes (in between 150 to 180g)

Lettuce

Salt

Optional: Milk to taste

Instruments:

- Pan

- Blender

- Knife

-Tray

-Plastic chopping board

Preparation:

Remove veins and seeds from the hot peppers, wash very well.

Heat a little oil in a pan, mix the chilli with the garlic in the pan for maybe 5 minutes.

Put the cheese and oil in a blender mixing them together until creamy.

If it is too thick you can add a little milk until you reach the desired consistency.

Cook the potatoes in the oven for 30 mintues then cut in half.

Pour the sauce over the potatoes and garnish with the sliced eggs, sliced black olives, and lettuce leaves.
